Our Brie is crafted in the French Tradition in Ancenis (Pays de la Loire, in Western France) with milk collected from Paysan Breton farms, located in a perimeter of 80 km from the Paysan Breton dairies.

Distinct taste features

Brie is a mild and creamy product, while “Brie de Caractère” and “Brie Pays” have a more aromatic flavour.
